Introduction

We are a comprehensive factory, covering over 30,000m², located in textile city, Huai an, Jiangsu, 2 hours far from Shanghai Pudong International Airport. Having a whole series of advanced high-efficiency equipment for warping, weaving, inspection, sewing, embroidery, testing, etc. The intermediate links are reduced, which ensures the product quality.

Raw Materials

Weaving

We have been working closely with equipment suppliers to upgrade the core equipment and improve the production process. Ensuring the fabric surface is smooth and durable. All the jet equipment we use is most advanced air jet loom, which makes the quality of the products more reliable and stable, and ensures the timely delivery.

Bleaching And Dyeing

Cooperate with large-scale standard dyeing factories to improve the quality of bleaching and dyeing, which is environmentally and eco-friendly. All bleaching and dyeing are organic bleaching and dyeing. Strictly control of PH values in compliance with international standards.

Quality Control

We use advanced automatic tailoring equipment to minimize human error. The textiles use high-density uniform stitching and quilting, which increases the service life and frequency. We have our own QC department, which establishes strict acceptance criteria. The products that have flaws are strictly not allowed to the market. The average working age of our sewing workers is more than 10 years, every sheet and towel will be tested before entering the market, and unqualified products must be reworked.
